About Nico

Dr. Nico Hsieh Bishop, L.Ac., DAOM, Dipl. Ac. (NCCAOM), is the owner of Flower Power Acupuncture and a faculty member at ACCHS. With extensive training in Chinese medicine and the healing arts, Nico is deeply inspired by Daoist Medicine—the long-lost theoretical foundation of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). She continues to explore both rational theory and direct perceptual understanding in her work.

Nico holds a B.A. in Classical Chinese Literature from National Taiwan University and has also trained at Rudolf Steiner College in Goethean studies and the arts, along with receiving Master-level Reiki training. Her approach integrates the five branches of TCM, TCM psychology, and an anthroposophical perspective.

Currently, Nico maintains a private practice, teaches courses in TCM psychology and related subjects, and serves as a clinical supervisor—blending classical wisdom with hands-on healing.
